There are sex scenes in video games that almost happened, but the developers decided to tease players by having them turn out to be somewhat unfulfilling.

For example, in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, the game's protagonist almost gets with a lady while he's literally eating a snake (who doesn't eat those?) when she comes onto him by saying she wouldn't mind eating him. Woo.
Things are just about to get steamy when he pushes her away instead of making out with her. The scene fades to black and nothing else happens besides the feeling of crushing disappointment in the hearts of anyone playing the game.
