Denmark is about to be the home of the first official Skylanders store with a brand new store in Copenhagen.
The doors open this Saturday, November 17, but closes again on January 31, 2013. Obviously the store is the perfect way to get a hold of some Christmas-shopping parents which is why it's shutting down next year.
"The Nordic market, and especially Denmark, has given Skylanders a good reception. We want to give the loyal fans something in return and at the same time create some buzz around the new Skylanders Giants," said Ian McClellan, European Marketing Director at Activision.
"That's why we've chosen Copenhagen as the place for the world's first Skylanders store."
If you happen to be in Copenhagen on Saturday, you can visit the new store, get a gift bag if you're among the first 1000 visitors and get a picture taken with a Skylanders character. You can also try out some of the new characters from Skylanders Giants.
