Dead Island: Riptide Rigor Mortis Edition Available For Pre-order Now

January 10, 2013 by Holly Green

The fans spoke, and Deep Silver delivered.

Today Deep Silver has unveiled all the gory details on the collector's edition for the upcoming Dead Island: Riptide, sequel to the 2011 original. Containing all the items voted in during a fan survey this past fall, the Dead Island: Riptide Riger Mortis Edition will include a zombie hula girl bobblehead figurine, a bottle opener magnet in the form of a bloodied undead arm, a bungalow key (like that in the first Dead Island) with game logo, a digital strategy map, and extra DLC, all packed away neatly in a weathered Dead Island suitcase. Available for pre-order now in North and Latin America on Xbox 360, PC, and PS3 (apparently), it'll set you back $80 for the whole "extremely-limited" bundle.

Dead Island: Riptide, featuring character cross-overs from the original, will debut on April 23, 2013 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 360, and PC.
