Reggie Watts Name-Drops Mass Effect 4 in Improvised Misogynist Serenade
Comedian mentions BioWare's title in 'Misogynist Serenade' sketch.
San Francisco based musician and comedian Reggie Watts has name-dropped Mass Effect 4 in an improvised Set List comedy sketch.
Giving the topic 'Misogynist Serenade' Watts began a musical number which includes such eyebrow raising lines as "I think you should over my drink which is only three feet away" and "baby gotta rub my feet, baby gotta rub my feet," and later "I know it's hard to make breakfast in the morning but you still gotta do it, it's better for both of us. I mean me, it's hard being who I am. Tell your girlfriend to come over in that cute dress, you remember that cute dress? And make out on the couch a little, I mean, only if you want to."
At the 1:42 minute mark Watts says "I know you're tired but I need you to clean my bedroom. I know you're really tired but I need you to go to the game store and buy me the latest copy of Mass Effect 4. Yeah, I need you to wait in line and find me the thing that I need."
BioWare's Chris Priestly has said "To call the next Mass Effect 4 or ME4 is a disservice and seems to cause a lot of confusion here. We have already said that the Commander Shepard trilogy is over and that the next game will not feature him/her. I see people saying 'well, they'll have to pick a canon ending'. No, because the game does not have to come after. Or before. Or off to the side. Or with characters you know. Or yaddayaddayadda."
