Assassin’s Creed: Rogue Day One Patch Released

March 10, 2015 by Jacob Saylor

A small patch with minor fixes.

Assassin's Creed: Rogue is one of the most interesting Assassin's Creed games, but it hasn't gotten much attention from fans or critics. Considering that Rogue came out on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, its release potential was greatly diminished by the next-generation release of Assassin's Creed: Unity.

Ubisoft wants to make sure you have the opportunity to play Rogue, so they've published the game on PC. Since the game is obviously a port, they've had to issue a number of day one changes, so as to avoid the launch debacle that plagued Unity.

Here is a full list of the changes, which are less expansive than you might expect:

Assassin’s Creed: Rogue – PC Patch 1.1.0 Changelog:

Minor Fix – UI
Minor Fix – Graphics
Minor Fix – Uplay Actions/Rewards
Minor Fix – various Resolution issues

While this list is quite small, improved UI, graphics and resolution are all vital to next-generation gameplay. Assassin's Creed: Rogue should have a good home on PC.
