Bethesda and id Software have just now published a trailer of the sixth and final Rage gameplay video, this time showcasing Jackal Canyon and the player's mission to remove something called the Decrypter from the possession of men who aren't your friends.
In the video, the Resistance—the faction of whom the player belongs—has heard rumors of an Ark surfacing in Jackal Valley, and needs you to search the site for a valuable data Decrypter. The player must journey north into the valley, fend off the Jackal Clan who inhabit the valley, and retrieve the Decrypter.
The video contains plenty of road rage as the player does battle against other vehicles in the post-apocalyptic terrain and some good old first person shooter combat.
Rage releases on October 4, 2011 on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. European players will have to wait three more days to pick up and play the game.
