Tecmo Koei has shared several finalized details for Hyrule Warriors Legends, alongside a bigger trailer and even several livestreams.
The trailer reveals this list of playable characters, which seem to be final:

- Sheik
- Lana
- Cia
- Darunia
- Ruto
- Midna
- Zant
- Agitha
- Fi
- Ghirahim
- Linkle
- Zelda
- Ganondorf
- Tetra
- Kind of Hyrule
- Toon Link
- Midna (True Form)
- Young Link
- Tingle
- Skull Kid
It also shows off the games Adventure and Story modes, and a new feature; switching between characters on the fly using the touch screen.
As you may have heard, there is also a new My Fairy feature. In brief, while playing Adventure Mode, you can find a fairy by breaking pots. You can befriend one, feed them, and clothe them, to customize their abilities. In the livestream, the developers demonstrated these actions, using four different rooms;
· The dining room, where you feed the fairies;
· The salon, where they change clothes;
· The school, where they can switch around their skills;
· And the party, where you can exchange fairy skills with other players via local wireless.
Adventure Mode in Hyrule Warriors Legends adds a new map, the Great Sea, with new rewards and costumes to earn. On top of that, all the DLC maps from Hyrule Warriors on the Wii U will be available in Hyrule Warriors Legends from the start.
Hyrule Warriors Legends will be released exclusively on the 3DS on January 21, 2016 in Japan, and March 25, 2016 in Europe and North America. Watch the trailer above and check out the livestreams from our source here.
