Thu’uMic Lets You Use Shouts With Voice Commands

December 13, 2011 by Elizabeth DeLoria

DeadlyAzuril, also known as Benjamin Swinbanks, is pretty much the coolest guy on the internet right now – he’s created a mod that allows you to cast shouts in Skyrim by actually… shouting.

Thu'uMic will let you cast shouts by saying the actual words, and it’s quite possibly one of the best Skyrim mods ever, even better than the rave party mod. Thu'uMic is still in 2.0, so it’s not exactly perfect, but it’s definitely worth a shot.

You can download the mod from the Nexus, which also allows you to call your horse by name, which is no doubt extremely handy. There’s a few other mods you’ll need to download alongside Thu'uMic, but trust me, it is totally worth it.

As per usual, make sure to read the instructions before installation and endorse the mod itself!

Apologies in advance to my housemates and anyone who has to hear me play Skyrim from now on.
