Angry Birds Space Golden Eggs Guide

March 22, 2012 by Josh Harmon

Collect Angry Birds Space Golden Eggs: We’ve put together this handy guide to help you collect all the golden eggs in Angry Birds Space.

Angry Birds Space is now out for iOS, Android, Mac, and PC. With 60 levels, new birds, and crazy new zero-gravity mechanics, there are plenty of reasons to be excited about Angry Birds Space, but if you're really serious about seeing everything the game has to offer, you need to find all the golden eggs.

Finding each of the five golden eggs will unlock a new secret level inspired by a classic video game, so you'll want to collect them all as soon as possible.

Thankfully, we've put together a handy guide showing how to find each and every last one.

Golden Egg #1: World 1, Level 9

You can find the first golden egg on World 1, Level 9. If you zoom out, you can see the egg hidden behind some bushes on the surface of the planet, just behind the pair of pigs. The easiest way to nab this one is to launch a blue bird, then tap him as he nears the planet to split him in three. If you do this, you'll triple your chances of hitting the egg.

Golden Egg #2: World 1, Level 20

The second golden egg is on World 1, Level 20. This one's hiding in some bushes as well, on top of the planet in the center of the level. The easiest way to get it is to use the new laser bird (that's the purple one). Just send him launching above the target, then tap the egg to activate his laser-guided ability. He should smash right into it and get you your second golden egg.

Golden Egg #3: World 2, Level 13

The third golden egg doesn't show up until all the way in World 2, Level 13. If you zoom out, you'll see that it's not very well hidden at all. It's just hanging out on the planet below your slingshot, waiting for someone to grab it. The easiest way to get it is to once again use the purple laser bird. Shoot him off backwards, then tap the egg to activate his laser guided ability, sending him straight for the egg.

Golden Egg #4: World 2, Level 25

Egg number four is on World 2, Level 25. Zoom out, and you'll see it's not very far away at all. In fact, it's on the same planet as your slingshot, just on the opposite side. As always, using the laser bird will make things very easy. Just shoot him off down and to the right, then tap the egg to send him hurtling straight towards it, grabbing you your fourth golden egg. One more to go!

Golden Egg #5: World 2, Level 28

The fifth and final golden egg is on World 2, Level 28. This egg is the hardest to spot, as it's actually buried under the snow and invisible when you first start the level. If look closely at the screenshot above, you can see a pile of snow to the left of the tower. That's what you're aiming for. If you don't find it at first, just keep shooting whatever birds you can at the snow and it'll turn up eventually.
