PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale: First Gameplay Video
Want to know what the PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale will actually look like? Imagine Super Smash Brothers - with PlayStation characters. And that's it. That's all it needs to be.
We've known it's coming for quite a while now, but the announcement of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale (previously the far less wordy Title Fight) is still a pretty exciting thing. As if the announcement alone isn't enough, there's also a newly released video showing off some gameplay, some characters and a couple of maps.
Still no release date, which is a major disappointment, but the PlayStation blog promises more information at E3, including, hopefully, a full roster of characters. So far though, especially because Parappa is involved, I'm quite happy with how things are turning out.
Nintendo-only gamers are understandably concerned with how much this looks like Super Smash Brothers (as are, I expect, Nintendo), but for now things are looking pretty damn good.
