Check out the Brand New Lara Croft in this New Render from Tomb Raider

June 1, 2012 by Ian Miles Cheong

Lara Croft is on the hunt with a bow and arrow in this new image of Tomb Raider.

The release of Tomb Raider's grim, yet tastefully violent trailer last night by Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics has a fancy new image to go with it.

Released today, the visual depicts Lara Croft (in CGI) as she walks through a jungle in the midst of a flash fire. Armed with a bow and arrow, Lara looks like she has some human prey in her sights.

A burning house and a man can be seen running through the fire in the background.

We can expect to see the release of more game details, screenshots, and images like this one in the coming days leading up to Square Enix's big presentation at E3.

Tomb Raider will be released worldwide on March 5, 2013 for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
