Tutorial Released for Gears of War: Judgment “Overrun” Mode

July 15, 2012 by Lana Polansky

New multiplayer tutorial video teaches players the basics.

A new tutorial video for Gears of War: Judgment's "Overrun" multiplayer mode has just been released. The video, narrated by Corporal Damon Baird, describes the modes basic premise–a kind of mix between the Horde mode and Beast mode that combine to create something not totally unlike Left 4 Dead–as well as detailing weapons, classes and strategies.

In this mode, players can play either on the side of the COG, whose job it is to defend their structures, or the Locusts, whose job it is to destroy them. COG players can choose between four classes (Engineer, Scout, Medic and Soldier), while Locusts get their own range of characters (Ticker, Mauler).

Gears of War: Judgment is the next instalment in the Gears of War Franchise and is due out on Xbox 360 in March 2013.
