BioWare Announces “Operation Olympus” for Mass Effect 3

Operation Olympus is the next challenge for Mass Effect 3 multiplayer players. Read on for details.

BioWare has announced the latest challenge Mass Effect 3 multiplayer players must face and it's called "Operation Olympus."

This multiplayer-only event is set to take place on August 10 to August 12 and is for all platforms.

According to BioWare, "Increased Reaper activity has been reported around London. Operation OLYMPUS will focus large-scale strikes on the Reapers to buy the Resistance time to investigate."

Got that? Good. Now your Squad Goal is to play on Firebase London using any class and achieve full extraction,

For the combined goal (or Allied Goal as BioWare puts it), you need to complete wave 10 on a combined community total of 200,000 Bronze missions, 175,000 Silver missions and 70,000 Gold missions…this is against any enemy type using any class on any map.

Achieving the Squad Goal will net all participants a Commendation Pack, while netting the Allied Goal will give all players a Victory Pack. As with all BioWare multiplayer packs, these contain random items but Victory packs have been known to give an N7 item or two each time.
