Fallout Composer Mark Morgan Joins Wasteland 2

August 16, 2012 by Seb Wuepper

Fallout composer Mark Morgan has joined the Wasteland 2 team.

Fallout veteran Mark Morgan, whom we all know and love for the haunting ambient soundscapes he created for the first two games in that series, has joined Brian Fargo’s team of crack CRPG builders who are currently assembling Wasteland 2.

Mark Morgan is one more industry veteran to bolster inXile Entertainment’s ranks. His work could last be heard on the James Woods starring lawyer show “Shark”. Morgan began writing for Television alongside various gaming jobs in the 2000s.

The composer’s joining of the team was announced back in February already, and now we have a first sample taste of the sounds to come. This project is shaping up to be any more hardcore-ish RPG fan’s wet dream. The writers from Planescape Torment teaming up with a growing number of Fallout veterans.

The budget might not quite be AAA, but the talent behind it sure is.
