As someone that doesn't play sports games, I kind of already thought yearly updates barely saw any changes between titles. But that's not actually the case! Recently, it's been discovered that EA made a major blunder and actually made my misconception come true. The difference between FIFA 13 and FIFA 12 is negligible.
Though Nintendo Gamer has the full image bounty, here's a few shots for comparison's sake. I think you'll agree the changes are downright laughable.
So now you know: if you're thinking of buying FIFA 13 on the Wii after owning FIFA 12, don't. It looks like you'll basically be getting the same thing. And if you were thinking of buying FIFA 13, maybe you shouldn't just based on principle.
Hopefully bringing this to light means that EA doesn't try to pull this again. Thankfully someone noticed it!
