Y'know, since the Wii U is considered a next-gen console and all that.
Well, if you're a prospective buyer of the Wii U, chances are you're not going to like what you hear as Associate Producer Jay Fitzloff thinks the graphics are "at least as good"... More »

Warren Spector: Four Epic Mickeys Planned
Epic Mickey 2 is in full production which means Warren Spector is halfway done with his franchise if this new tidbit of information is to unfold in the future. Spector says that he has had the ideas for four Epic Mickey games before the first one even came out.
And before the first Epic Mickey I actually had a four-game storyline arc, and I had at least three games worth of the ‘game innovation’ to introduce. So the idea of two-player co-op and songs in the second game was something I knew I wanted to do before I started the... More »
Darksiders 2 Wii-U Details Under a "Strict gag Order"
Vigil Games recently did an interview with Vook and apparently Creative Manager Jeremy Greiner really wants to talk about the fascinating Wii-U features used in Darksiders II for the console but can't.
Nintendo’s put a full gag on everything until E3
If I didn’t have a strict gag order on me, I’d love to talk about all the great features that we have, but what I can tell you is that it’s a next generation platform, and you should keep your eyes open.
It's not that surprising since the Wii-U is a new console that's... More »

Of course, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that "Dracul" means "dragon" in Romanian, which is the nickname for the real "Dracula"(Vlad II Dracul) -- which, in itself, was the basis for Dracula the... More »

THQ Releases Metro: Last Light "Enter the Metro" Live-Action Short Film
Just a few days back, we posted a teaser trailer for THQ's upcoming Metro: Last Light live-action short film. Well, today's the 24th and as promised, THQ has now released the short film in its entirety and boy, are you in for a treat!
Needless to say, it would be an injustice to talk about what happens in the feature. It's so well-made (in my opinion) that it deserves a watch on its own -- regardless if you're a Metro: Last Light fan or not.
Now you know why it's titled... More »
Spec Ops: The Line Demo Video Walkthrough - GameranxTV
GameranxTV's Jen Shaffer walks the line in the demo of Spec Ops: The Line for the Xbox 360.
The game looks and feels like other third person shooters, but upon further inspection, Jen discovers a lot of depth in the Heart of Darkness-based game by Yager Development and Darkside Game Studios.
Heavily influenced by Joseph Conrad's book, Spec Ops: The Line pits the player as Captain Martin Walker, who leads a Delta Force team into the heart of post-apocalyptic Dubai to rescue a U.S. Army Colonel and... More »
