Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor PC Requirements Revealed

The Steam page of Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor went live today and it detailed the game's minimum and recommended PC system requirements.

Minimum: 

OS: 64-bit: Vista, Win 7, Win 8
Processor: Intel Core i5-750, 2.67 GHz | AMD Phenom II X4 965, 3.4 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 | AMD Radeon HD 6950
DirectX: Version 11
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 25 GB available space

Recommended: 

OS: 64-bit: Win 7, Win 8
Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.4 GHz | AMD FX-8350, 4.0 GHz

It appears that the game may need more than an average desktop or budget laptop to run at minimum capacity. However, we have yet to see if this is a type of game that would look more beautiful on the Windows PC platform. Recently, we reported on the game's Nemesis A.I systems that enables enemies to remember a player's action and thus influences future encounters. Additionally, Monolith is keen on focusing more on the game's Xbox One and PS4 ports.
